Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

AUTO CS ENGINEERING (ACSE) is deeply concerned by reports that profits from the sale of certain metal mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries has helped fuel war and human right violations in the eastern Congo.

ACSE supports effort to eliminate the use of tantalum, tin, tungsten and Gold (3TG), Cobalt, Mica from improper sources that could promote such serious problem in the DRC and adjoining countries.

As tracing methods evolve, we are incorporating appropriate proven methods in our program along with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) implementation program guideline to help us conform in all material respects with the framework.

ACSE requires suppliers whose products contain 3TG, Coblat and Mica submit this information by answering the survey provided that traces the metals back through the supply chain.

ACSE objective is to have a conflict-free supply chain. If ACSE becomes aware of a supplier whose supply chain includes metals from a conflict source, ACSE will take the appropriate actions to remedy the situation in a timely manner, including reassessment of supplier relationships, to achieve that objective.

ACSE expects our suppliers to take similar measures with their suppliers to ensure alignment throughout the supply chain.

FRAUD POLICY

ACSE’s Fraud Policy

The Company does not tolerate any form of fraudulent or corrupt activities, even if such activities would be for the Company’s benefit. Any fraudulent transactions or corrupt payments shall be prohibited, whether they are made by employees of the Company or any third parties acting on behalf of the Company, including suppliers, distributors, agents, consultants, and contractors. This includes subcontractors or consultants hired by third parties to do work on behalf of the Company. The company shall strictly follow our business principles and ACSE code of Conduct.
